Dear Customers,
Due to the Canada Post strike, all orders placed after Friday, November 15th, 2024, will be shipped with an alternative courier service. Due to website limitations, the checkout process will still ask you to select a Canada Post service, but the package will be shipped through another company (Canpar, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
We anticipate that shipping times will be similar to the Canada Post times displayed at checkout. If you’d like a shipping time estimate before placing an order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Customers will be notified when an order has shipped and sent a tracking number, and we will continue to fulfill orders within two business days.
We also offer local pickup in Penetanguishene, Ontario. Please email us at reedsuppliescanada@gmail.com or contact us through the website to receive a discount code for free shipping and to coordinate a pickup time.
